[Teddy] Birthday.

Though it's the big 1-8, as the night progresses Billy's found he enjoys the small celebration Teddy's thrown together for him. It doesn't live up to any of Chris's raves and there's no big drama to deal with; just most of his favorite friends, a cake to eat and only a few card games forced on them by request from the birthday boy. The party is more than Billy could have hoped for, and it's the wee hours of the morning before he and Teddy see the last person off.

Any decent look he may have had is gone by now, Billy's clothes mostly rumpled and half the layers discarded thanks to the warmth of the house and the few drinks he's had. "That was great," he tells Teddy, leaning back against the front door once it's closed. "Thank you."

"Nnh-" It's not enough, not nearly. He's all close and warm and his hair's already mussed up, and Teddy loves him so damn much in that moment that he can't even reply except to wrap his arms around him fully and kiss him, messily and with a wanting that he's been keeping in check for, really, weeks now.
