Billy doesn't really know where he's going, but he thinks he knows exactly what Teddy's thinking. So he strikes away from the compound and away from people, choosing to go down one way on the boardwalk simply by intuition.

It doesn't take him long to figure out he's on the right track, a realization that has his stomach turning when he finds Maxxie on the ground. Billy jogs over to him immediately, and he knows right away the Skrull must have thought Maxxie was Teddy, if only for a moment. Skrulls weren't too great at the whole 'all humans look alike' thing.

"Maxxie! Oh my God, are you okay?"
